- In a spacious Crockpot, combine the frozen chopped broccoli, instant rice, diced sweet onion, cubed Velveeta cheese, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, low-sodium chicken broth, whole milk, and unsalted butter. Stir until well combined.
- Cover and set the Crockpot to HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 4 hours. Stir occasionally to prevent clumping.
