  • 1 cup Bacon (cooked and crumbled) Omit for a vegetarian version or swap with crumbled tofu.
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions For garnish, can replace with other herbs or chives.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted unsalted butter. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the Jiffy corn muffin mix until combined evenly.
  4. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon to enhance flavor.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Optionally sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and edges are bubbling.
