For Serving
  • 1 bag Crostini
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips
  • 2 cups Vegetable Sticks Such as celery or bell peppers

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine room-temperature cream cheese, drained fresh spinach, lump crab meat, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, lemon zest, and smoked paprika. Add red pepper flakes if desired. Blend until creamy.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  5. For a crispy top, switch to broil and broil for 2 to 3 minutes, keeping a close eye on it.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve with crostini, tortilla chips, or vegetable sticks.
