  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese cubed or shredded
  • 2 avocados Avocados diced before serving

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Boil the pasta in salted water for 7-9 minutes until al dente, then drain and cool.
  2. Prep vegetables and chicken; chop and dice as needed.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  4. Make the dressing by mixing all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Combine pasta, chicken, bacon, and vegetables in a large bowl.
  6. Pour dressing over the combined ingredients and gently toss to coat.
  7. Let the salad rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.
  8. Just before serving, gently mix in diced avocados.
