  3. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the blended oats, spreading evenly for complete coverage.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or ideally overnight, to set the chocolate shell.
