  • 2 large egg yolks tempered

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, bring 6 cups of bone broth to a gentle simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in ¾ cup of orzo and cook for about 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  3. In a blender, combine 2 egg yolks with 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice. Blend and gradually add 1 cup of hot broth.
  4. Stir the egg-lemon mixture back into the pot. Add 2 cups of chopped cooked chicken and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, adjust seasoning, and serve warm.
