Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

  3. Add softened unsalted butter, sour cream, large eggs, and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together additional flour, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Melt some unsalted butter and stir it in to create a crumbly streusel.
  6. Evenly sprinkle the streusel topping over the cake batter.

  8. Let the coffee cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
