For the Burrito
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup black beans cooked
  • 1 cup corn cooked
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese optional
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream optional

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken

Assemble the Burrito
