Step-by-Step Instructions for Lilac Popsicles
  1. Harvest and gently rinse the lilac blossoms, ensuring only fragrant flowers are collected.
  2. Steep the blooms in 4 cups of boiling water for 15 minutes or soak them in water overnight for a stronger infusion.
  3. Pour the infused lilac water into a mixing bowl and add muddled blueberries or blackberries and lemon juice.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove the blossoms and fruit pieces.
