Step-by-Step Instructions for Lilac Popsicles
- Harvest and gently rinse the lilac blossoms, ensuring only fragrant flowers are collected.
- Steep the blooms in 4 cups of boiling water for 15 minutes or soak them in water overnight for a stronger infusion.
- Pour the infused lilac water into a mixing bowl and add muddled blueberries or blackberries and lemon juice.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove the blossoms and fruit pieces.
- In a small saucepan, heat the strained liquid and dissolve 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sweetener to taste. Allow to cool.
- Pour the cooled mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
- To enjoy, run warm water over the molds for easy release and savor the unique flavors.

Notes
Use only fresh lilac blossoms for the best taste and ensure all flowers are edible. Adjust sweetness to preference and chill the mixture before freezing for a smooth texture.
