Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients to keep cooking smooth.
  2. Cut the chicken, dice the onion, mince the garlic, and shred the mozzarella. Wash and drain the spinach.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onions until translucent. Add garlic for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Add spinach to the skillet, cooking until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Increase heat and cook cubed chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Par-bake the flatbreads on a baking sheet for about 3 minutes.
  7. Distribute sautéed spinach over flatbreads, top with chicken and cheeses.
  8. Return flatbreads to oven and bake for 5-6 minutes until cheese is bubbling and edges are golden.
  9. Let cool for 1-2 minutes, then garnish with parsley before serving.
