Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheesy Zucchini Breadsticks
- Prepare 2-3 medium zucchinis by grating them. Squeeze out excess liquid using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, ½ cup grated Parmesan, and 1 beaten egg. Add 1 teaspoon garlic parsley salt and mix thoroughly.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Spread zucchini mixture evenly in the pan to about half an inch thick. Bake for 15 minutes.
- After baking, sprinkle additional grated cheese on top. Return to oven and bake for another 2-5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
