  • 8 large Eggs
  • 1 pound Sausage (Italian or Breakfast) Can substitute with ham or cooked hamburger
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Can swap for Muenster or Swiss
  • 1 cup Milk Can be replaced with heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes Sprinkle on top before serving
  • 1/4 cup Chives For garnish

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients and tools.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed hash browns, eggs, sausage, cheddar cheese, and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
