  • 2 pkgs Flatbread Stonefire Naan is preferred for a crispy texture.
For the Chicken Topping
  • 3 pieces Chicken Breasts Cut into 1-inch cubes.
For the Cheesy Layer
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Freshly shredded.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated fresh.
For the Veggies and Flavor
  • 1 pkg Spinach Approx. 9-10 oz, drained well.
  • 1 Onion Diced.
  • 5 cloves Garlic Minced.
Seasonings
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
For Garnishing
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cube the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces, dice the onion, and mince the garlic. Shred the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Warm 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté diced onion for 2-3 minutes until softened, then add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted (3-4 minutes). Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Increase heat to medium-high, add cubed chicken, and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  6. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet, lightly spray with water, and par-bake for 3 minutes.
  7. Spread sautéed spinach mixture on flatbreads, layer with cooked chicken, and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
  8. Return flatbreads to oven and bake for 5-6 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for 1-2 minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
