Method
 

Hollowing and Filling
  1. Slice off the base of each strawberry to create a stable flat surface, then trim the top and carve out the center to hold the filling.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Blend on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag and fill each hollowed strawberry. Ensure the filling mounds slightly above the edges.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or your choice of toppings just before serving.
