Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Pat dry the shrimp and salmon fillets; season with Cajun seasoning and let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink, set aside, then cook salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes, flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Cook peeled potato chunks in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes, mash with butter and milk, and season to taste.
  5. Blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, then transfer to ice water, drain, and toss with butter.
  6. Serve by spooning mashed potatoes onto plates, place shrimp and salmon on top, drizzle with garlic cream sauce, and arrange green beans on the side.
