  • 0.5 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • to taste Spices (Salt, Pepper, Various Spices)
For Serving
  • 4 large Tortillas or Wraps your choice

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, add one can of drained chickpeas and lightly mash them with a fork.
  2. Stir in the diced celery, chopped green onion, and red onion.
  3. Fold in the freshly chopped parsley, then drizzle in tahini and mix well.
  4. Pour in the buffalo sauce and a splash of lemon juice, then sprinkle in your spices.
  5. Grab your favorite tortillas and lay them flat, spooning a generous amount of the chickpea salad mixture.
  6. Gently fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll from the bottom up to encase the filling.
