  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce preferably Frank's RedHot
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese can use low-fat
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese e.g., Cheddar or Monterey Jack
For the Wrap
  • 8 pieces Flour Tortillas corn tortillas can work too
For Cooking (if frying)
  • 1 cup Cooking Oil for frying

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Blend until consistent.
  2. Take a flour tortilla and place a generous spoonful of filling near one edge. Roll tightly, sealing with a dab of water.
  3. If baking, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place taquitos seam-side down.
  4. Bake taquitos in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. For frying, heat an inch of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry taquitos for 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Once done, let the taquitos cool for a few minutes on a wire rack before serving with dipping sauces.
