- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Blend until consistent.
- Take a flour tortilla and place a generous spoonful of filling near one edge. Roll tightly, sealing with a dab of water.
- If baking, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place taquitos seam-side down.
- Bake taquitos in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- For frying, heat an inch of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry taquitos for 2-3 minutes per side.
