- In a saucepan over medium heat, add blueberries, water, cornstarch, and sugar. Stir continuously while bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer until it thickens.
- Once the sauce thickens, reduce the heat, mix in lemon juice, and stir for another minute.
- Carefully distribute the blueberry sauce evenly over the oat mixtures in each container, swirling it gently into the oats.
- Place the sealed containers in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
