  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin Leave out for a milder taste.
For the Protein and Vegetables
  • 2 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Sliced into strips.
  • 1 medium Onion Can substitute with red onion or shallots.
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper Any color or a mix can be used.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large Ziploc bag or shallow dish, whisk together marinade ingredients until well-combined and fragrant.
  2. Add sliced chicken, onion, and bell pepper to the marinade, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Cook marinated vegetables in a skillet for 6-8 minutes, then add chicken and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until done.
  4. For grilling, thread ingredients onto skewers and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. For broiling, preheat oven to 500°F, spread ingredients on baking sheet, and broil for 10-12 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Serve warm tortillas filled with chicken and vegetables, adding garnishes as desired.
