Preparation
  1. Prepare the chicken by coating it in a mixture of cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  3. Fry the coated chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then drain excess oil.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the sauce.
