  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Omit if you're not a fan!

Equipment

  • Deep frying pan
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by seasoning your chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and any preferred spices. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F - 375°F for crispy results. Carefully add the seasoned chicken to the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove and let it drain on a paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and vinegar. Whisk together until you achieve a creamy consistency, adjusting the thickness by adding water if needed. Taste and modify any ingredients to balance the flavor to your liking.
  3. While the chicken is frying, prepare your base—whether it’s rice, quinoa, or noodles. If using rice, rinse it under cold water, then cook according to package instructions, typically about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Once the chicken is done and your base is cooked, it’s time to assemble. In serving bowls, place a generous scoop of your chosen base. Cut the fried chicken into slices and arrange them on top. Drizzle a hearty amount of the Bang Bang sauce over the chicken.
  5. Top your Bang Bang Chicken Bowl with sliced green onions, diced red bell peppers, and a sprinkle of crushed peanuts or cashews. Finish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
