  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Reserve half for layering

  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Oil from Sun-Dried Tomato Jar
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Can substitute with thawed, well-drained frozen spinach

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it.
  2. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Arrange in the greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, grated Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce over the seasoned chicken, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.
  5. Drizzle oil from sun-dried tomatoes over the dish and scatter chopped sun-dried tomatoes on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, add fresh spinach, and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
  8. Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
