Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Evenly distribute half of your cubed brioche across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the cubed cream cheese across the brioche layer, followed by half of your fresh strawberries.
  4. Top off with the remaining brioche cubes, ensuring the filling is covered.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until fully combined and frothy.
  6. Evenly pour the custard mixture over the assembled layers in the baking dish.
  7. Cover the baking dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or ideally overnight.
  8. Before you’re ready to bake, take the dish out of the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. After 30 minutes, carefully remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 25 to 30 minutes.
  11. Once baked to perfection, let it cool slightly and serve immediately, topped with fresh strawberries and confectioners' sugar.
