Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the halved fresh strawberries and blueberries. Gently toss with granulated sugar and cornstarch until well coated.
  3. Transfer the berry mixture into a baking dish and place the Greek feta cheese in the center of the berries.
  4. Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil over the feta cheese and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes until golden and softened.
  6. Remove from oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve warm with crostini.
