  • 1 large Egg For wash

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about a 12-inch circle.
  3. Position the brie cheese in the center and scatter fresh blackberries on top.
  4. Drizzle honey over the filling and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  5. Fold the pastry edges over the filling, leaving the center exposed, and brush with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden crust and puffed pastry.
  7. Cool for 5-10 minutes, then drizzle with extra honey and garnish before serving.
