Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart as it browns, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat after browning.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  3. In the same pot, reduce heat to medium and return the drained pasta. Add the Alfredo sauce and mix in the browned ground beef. Stir gently for about 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese into the pot and stir until melted, about 1–2 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Fold in the crispy bacon and any optional toppings like pickles or onions. Stir to combine.
  6. Serve the Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta hot, garnished with extra cheese or bacon if desired.
