- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, softened cream cheese, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the first layer of batter.
- Pour the remaining batter on top of the cinnamon layer and spread evenly.
