Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, softened cream cheese, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the first layer of batter.
  5. Pour the remaining batter on top of the cinnamon layer and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
  8. In a medium bowl, whisk together icing ingredients with milk to desired consistency. Pour over the warm cake.
  9. Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
