  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce gluten-free option
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh garlic for bolder taste
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine honey, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add the thawed chicken wings to the sauce mixture and toss until completely coated.
  4. Carefully arrange the coated wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Check that the wings are golden brown and have an internal temperature of at least 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
