Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Remove, let cool, and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté diced yellow onion in bacon grease over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and paprika. Melt butter in the skillet, pour in the egg mixture, and cook until fluffy for about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Lay a 10-inch tortilla flat, layer bacon, onions, eggs, cheese, avocados, and tomatoes in the center, then carefully roll tightly.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F. Place burritos seam-side down and cook for 5 minutes, flip, then cook for another 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and basil in a bowl for the dip. Chill in the refrigerator.
